Hailing from a new sustainably minded distillery but made by one of the true legends in distilling from one of the great families of the region, Filipe Camarena. Mature hand harvested agave are slow cooked in stone ovens, and after long fermentations they are double pot distilled and gently brought down to proof with every care taken to preserve the rich purity of agave flavors and the terroir.
