A classic Cabernet Sauvignon that has dark plum color and very ripe black cherry and cassis aromas. Very concentrated and balanced in its acidity and tannin levels, the core is plush with bing cherry, blueberry fruit and sappy French oak vanilla flavors. A fantastic find from California!
